HOW TO GET GOING?
You’ve got all your wonderful ideas, now it’s time to make them come to life.
We need the following and the details to pay attention to before we start the exciting journey of creating your brand.
Branding Files
Your logo in vector files format like .AI, .PSD, .EPS, .SVG or .PDF. So we can confirm the details.
Designs
Tech packs or if you don’t have them, at least 3 high-resolution reference images in different views or sketches.
Artwork Files
Files for print, embroidery, notions and packaging must be in vector file format with dimensions stated.
Size Chart
A size chart of garment measurements for each design.

The Process of Production
TOUCH BASE WITH US
After submitting your enquiry, we will discuss about your project requirements and send you an order form link to submit your designs.
DESIGN SUBMISSION
Once we receive your submission, we will work out and send you a custom price estimate for your project.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
1-2 weeks
Don’t have a tech pack? No problem—we can draft and design one for you. The techpack will contain technical information, details and instructions that will be relayed to the factories for manufacturing your garments.
SOURCING
1-2 week
After the price estimate is accepted, we will require you to send us samples for fitting and sizing references. Or we will help to develop the fitting and size chart for you. We will begin the sourcing process to find suitable fabrics and trims for your designs and will send them to you for selection.
CREATION OF SAMPLES
2-4 weeks
While the sourcing is underway, our in-house design team will help to finalize your details and develop tech packs for your designs. We will send these tech packs to you for your confirmation before starting on the samples. Do note that as everything is made from scratch, it usually takes 2 rounds of sample to get all the details right and ready for bulk production.
BULK PRODUCTION
6-8 weeks
Once you are happy with the samples, we will start the bulk production after we received your approved samples and down payment.
QUALITY CONTROL
2-3 days
When the bulk production is complete, our quality control team will inspect the products to ensure the bulk products are correct and meet the quality standard. .
PACKING & SHIPPING
2-3 days (excluding delivery time)
We have come to the final part! We will help you handle the shipping documents and arrange for your products to be shipped to the destination. This stage is where the final payment for the balance will be required before we ship your products.
